1/ Please navigate to XStore builders > Product archive builder > Edit temaplate > Edit Archive Products > Product > Select Limit by Lines as per your requirement and update it. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

Here you can see the red boxes, this is what it should show: https://prnt.sc/ngdNisAv593H and no matter how long a product title is, it will automatically appear short after it is published in the store and will only appear complete when the customer opens that product.
