I can’t do the latest update I need you to help me solve this problem

    I’ve tried several times to update and I can’t.

    Should the problem persist, we request that you back up your database and files. Subsequently, please provide your site’s wp-admin access in the private content area. This will enable us to update the XStore theme and core plugin on your site and assist you further.

    I press the button to update the plugin and after a few seconds I realize that it is updated, however, when I update the page it appears to update again. In addition, this message appears at the top. I did the step by step and it didn’t work.
