Shop page edited images not accessible….

On my shop page, I have 3 boxes beneath the product images, they are for my delivery options.

I am unsure how I accessed and edited these, please confirm how I can access and edit these boxes.

I don’t think this was how I added the information and the icons.

Please check my website to confirm how to access the 3 images and icons. I remember adding the text and changing the icons but I am not sure how to do this.
