Hi, After I updated the theme and core plugins. My web UI is a mess and I’m forced to activate maintenance mode.
What’s the solution? Do I have to go back to the previous version?
Hello, Ombi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing after updating the theme and core plugins. We understand how important it is for your website to run smoothly, and we’re here to help.
Sometimes, post-update issues are simply due to old cached files. Please clear your website’s cache as well as your browser cache.
Updating the theme should not cause any issues unless the previous version was significantly outdated. Currently, we are unable to view your site and you have not provided any screenshots, which makes it challenging for us to understand the specific problem you are facing. Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access so that we can examine your site more closely and offer the necessary support?

currently, our cache plugin not actived.
Hello, Ombi,
Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.

Please tell me the cause, so that in the future I can solve it myself
Hello, Ombi,
You are using CDN https://prnt.sc/pLCdLcdOWOAN Please clear CDN cache or even temporarily disable it and let us know results.

nothing changed after I cleared the cache and even disconnected the cdn.
Hello @Ombi
The issue may be caused by some parsing settings by Elementor if the “CSS Print Method” was set to Internal embedding (https://prnt.sc/8DiioviDEJtB). So we would recommend you to switch it to the External CSS file method but previously you need to increase the Memory size by contacting to your hosting provider. Otherwise there is an error on frontend Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)
. Also, once you make it done, ensure that all caches are cleared including CDN + Litespeed plugin ones.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson
