Hi,

WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin bundled with xstore theme is not normal working. There is a problem with the cart product price with the discount.

I used a simple adjustment to set a 50% discount, but the quantity 3, 6, and 10 of the price and subtotal have problems.

I set the product price at $30, a 50% discount should be $15, but the quantity 3 price is $14.25, the quantity 6 price is $13.5, and the quantity 10 price is $12.75.

The WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin’s Fixed discounts and Percentage discounts have the same problem.

How to fix it?

I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly test whether the issue persists when using a default theme, such as Storefront? If the problem remains, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for resolution.

Should the issue be resolved with the default theme, please provide us with screenshots of the results. Additionally, we would require correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials to your website, which you can submit securely in the private area provided. Hi, thank you for your support.

I used storefront theme to test.
Because the xstore theme was switched to the storefront theme, the website page was not normal, but a cart total was still visible.

Storefront theme:
I set the product price at $30, a 50% discount should be $15,
the quantities 3, 6, 10’s subtotal prices are normal.

(Buy x get x, buy x get y is the same problem.)

And, I’ve tried sending an email to the plugin’s support team to ask questions but haven’t received any reply.

Please help me.

It appears that the conflict arose due to both our built-in Quantity Discounts feature of Sales booster and the “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” plugin being active simultaneously. This overlap resulted in the application of double discounts on products.
