Layout medical theme, menu size, etc …

Hello, the medical demo is set to 1170 pixels. If I change the setting layout widht to 1470px nothing happens. Why? Also, for example, the font size in the menu does not work. It’s always the same size (content zoom not working). Also check the logo size functionality. There are probably quite a few things that don’t work here. I’m only in the initial stages of production, and all the problems will probably show up. Maybe something went wrong during the installation. I don’t know, check it out.
