Please help me, I am unable to edit home page, header, footer with eliminator.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Please provide FTP access, we need to check the situation on your site more deeply.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Our reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

In an effort to determine whether the issue you reported is specifically related to our XStore theme, we temporarily activated the default HelloElementor theme on your website. It would be much better for us to get the screenshot of video of the issue about side menu you mentioned. Because, currently we don’t see any issues with off-canvas elements on your web-site.
