    Footer (Images 1-2)
I imported it from the template that came with the original theme. It shows correctly in the backend, but when I preview it, an error occurs. I’m not sure what the cause is.

    Single Product
I want to edit the layout of the content inside, but I can’t find the path to do so (Image 3). Additionally, I don’t know how to insert a promotional banner into the marked part of Image 4 (as shown in Image 5).

    Products Archive
This is the same issue as in point 1. It shows correctly in the backend, but when I preview it, an error occurs.

    After attempting to publish:

    The footer displays correctly.
The Single Product page displays correctly.
However, the Products Archive still displays abnormally (Image 8).
Additionally, I’m unsure how to avoid conflicts between the footer settings in the theme settings and the footer settings in XStore Builders (Image 9). I’m not sure which option is better. XStore Builders seems more convenient and easier to manage.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Additionally, do Static Blocks and Widgets affect XStore Builders? How can I confirm which operations can minimize the chances of issues? Thank you.

    Hello, Bzzxzz,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ Footer.
We’ve checked the Footer on your site – https://b****acrafted.com/ and it works fine, here are examples: backend – https://prnt.sc/2snTqEb02jDf , frontend – https://prnt.sc/7KCzqex3O2qE
If you do not see changes, it can be a cache of your browser. Please clear the cache or test from an incognito browser window.

    2/ Single Product.
This is the product description – https://prnt.sc/daHtVb0I7JZy , to edit it, please click here – https://prnt.sc/2iLSS4B9MNwz
” Additionally, I don’t know how to insert a promotional banner into the marked part of Image 4 (as shown in Image 5).” – Single Product Builder via Elementor > edit template > add desired banner to the mentioned area. If you do not want to create banners from scratch and you have them in any part of site already, the content can be saved as a template and then imported – https://elementor.com/help/template-library/

    3/ Products Archive.
It looks like the same browser cache issue on your device, here is what we see on the frontend – https://prnt.sc/73wE43rMLvmU

Additionally, you can try using the Chrome browser tool to clear your browser cache: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en

4/ We would recommend using the new Footer Builder via Elementor – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-footer-builder-with-elementor
Currently, this builder is activated, which means old settings in the customizer for the footer are ignored, with no additional issues.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Response to 2 / Single Product:

    I understand your point.
I’d like to know if there is a way to set a global layout (for product layout), rather than setting up individual product descriptions or layouts, as this would make future changes more cost-effective.

    Regarding the promotional banner:
I tried doing it as you suggested, but I wasn’t able to revert to the original style. It couldn’t be inserted in the original position (I was operating within XStore Builders).
Image 1 marks the position where I want to insert it, but Image 2 shows where it was actually inserted. I don’t know how to explain it further, but you can log in to the backend to check. I will provide the account details.

    Additional Notes:
There is an issue with the header background color. The homepage is white (which is abnormal), but all other pages are gray (which is normal).

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

2/ Every product has an individual description which means that should be edited using Elementor separately. You can save the description as a template and then import it into other products.
In case you want to have the same description content on every product, it can be done, just edit Tabs > add a custom tab https://prnt.sc/L3wlfGt082lt with the desired title and content.

We’ve added the promotional banner to your Single Product template https://prnt.sc/WFBzo2HTuh6B

    Header background color – https://prnt.sc/UuV6BKC4EIFD

    Thank you for your help.
There may have been a misunderstanding due to the language difference.

I want to edit the layout shown in Image 1, the global layout, which includes the layout for all products, not just for individual products. I am unable to modify the layout in the Single Product section.
For example, as shown in Image 2, I want the layout beneath all products to be consistent.

Thank you for adding the promotional banner.
However, the old issue has returned—the gray border (Image 3) that existed before. Even the original untouched template had this issue, and after numerous attempts, I finally managed to fix it.

The background color of the title is still inconsistent between the homepage and other pages (see the comparison in Images 4 and 5).

    Hello, bzzxzz,

    You’re welcome!

This https://prnt.sc/hu6WmgityUOO on a single product page is a part of the product description. Our demo products have the same description on every product, because they were created just for demo, but you should know that the description is edited individually for every product, there is no option to edit all descriptions together, because they are separated, same as product title or product short description. This is how in works in WooCommerce, and this is independent of the theme.

We’ve removed the gray border mentioned on your screenhot. Please check now.

“The background color of the title is still inconsistent between the homepage and other pages (see the comparison in Images 4 and 5).” – yes, because you did not delete the code – https://prnt.sc/UuV6BKC4EIFD
    We’ve deleted

    .home .page-wrapper {
        background-color: #fff;
    }

now. Please check the result after clearing the cache.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
