1/ “I have followed the instructions provided in your email” – please provide screenshots.
Additionally, please record some videos for a better understanding of your actions and the problem.
2/ ” I have placed a video on the product page, and the autoplay button is enabled. However, the video does not automatically play when I navigate to it.” – please provide the URL of the product you mentioned.
