Can’t set shop page layout to grid on mobile

Hi

I’ve checked everything and tried a few corresponding topics here, but nothing helps. I want to set mobile shop page layout to grid 4×4 like on the screen shot.

Changing anything here seems to have zero effect:
Xstore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout

Pls help. Sending you creds in private in case you need them.

We have modified the product archive layout as follows:
– Accessed via XStore Builders > Edit Archive Template
– Edited the Archive Products Widget
– Set the column for mobile displays to 2
– Updated the settings accordingly
