Theme issues to build the website and using xstore theme builder

    Dear Xstore Team,

    I’m writing to request assistance with some issues I’m encountering while using the Xstore theme. I’ve followed the documentation closely, but I’m experiencing unexpected behavior.

    Here’s a breakdown of the specific problems:

    1. Responsive Layout Issues:

    I created custom headers for desktop and mobile using the “Customizer Header Builder.” While it works on desktop, the mobile layout occasionally displays the desktop header.

    2. Container Issues:
    I used “container” elements in my homepage layout. However, it appears inconsistent across browsers, sometimes showing a messy layout. Interestingly, it works perfectly in incognito mode on mobile devices using Google Chrome.

    3. Shop Page Layout with WooCommerce:
    I built the main shop page using the WooCommerce shop layout, which works as expected. However, when I attempt to create different shop layouts with “XStore Builder” for product archive pages like “COLLECTIONS,” the layout breaks. (Screenshot attached)

    I’m unsure if I’m using “XStore Builder” incorrectly. If I shouldn’t use it for different archive layouts, please advise on how to achieve different headers for pages like “COLLECTIONS” and “SEARCH.”

    4. Website Performance:

    My website’s performance scores are low (Mobile: 28, Desktop: 50) according to PageSpeed Insights: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-staging-ikmemoir-com/h8oilz3ivc?form_factor=mobile

    I’ve disabled all unnecessary plugins and only use Xstore theme plugins. Can you suggest any settings or optimizations to improve performance?

    I’ve contacted support regarding some of these issues before, but haven’t found a complete resolution.

    I’d greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues so I can finalize my website and launch it successfully.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We suggest that you turn off the “Mobile User-scalable” and Mobile Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.

    We trust this will resolve your issue.

    2/ We would recommend you use PHP 7.4 or 8.0 or 8.1.

    Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
    Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

    Additionally, Please disable the server cache and CDN on your site and check again.

    1/ I have turned off all the options as mentioned, cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options.. I will see if it’s solve.

    Thank you so much… many issues has been solved.
    However still have these and some questions about it.

    1- Woocomerce pages works great and using the Beautiful Theme builder functions for my shop pages.
    *However, I need to use infinite scroll functions which i was using it before but then it’s disable i think from your side.

    Please advice how can use Infinite scroll functions in all my shop, archive pages?

    2-Please downgrade php version 8.3.6 to avoid any inconvenience, We would recommend you use PHP 7.4 or 8.0 or 8.1.
    *Could you please guide me how to do that? I m not a developer and building my website with help of you guys.. so please if is there any advice do let me know how to downgrade PHP version?

    3- it worked great.. .if is there anything I should know what you have the changes to make this work would be great.

    4- Now i have an issue with header and body content has some gap which i couldn’t figure it out why.. even all my header including shop has same gap..(Screenshot attached)

    5- I was using the “Lottie” icons in my footer but i can’t see them.. even i have installed the Json file which i have received from support team before but none of the Lottie icons showing in my footer.

    Please advice and also i need to download the Lottie icons please share the link where i can download it which you have used in DEMO versions specially

    Secure (card animation) icon
    Support icon

    that’s it.. and I almost done with my website and excited to go LIVE soon.

    Thanks all worked now and will ask the hosting provider to download the PHP.

    There are still 2 issues i m facing is
    1- Lottie animation ( I Have used in Footer it was showing before but now it’s not showing)

    Even i have import the JSON file

    Not showing any icons there.

    2- Same for the Animated Headline which I have used in home and other pages it was working but not it’s not working (screenshot attached)

    it was working then it has been shows still.. same for animated headline it’s not woking anymore

    What you have done didn’t not mentioned as i can see you have disable W3 Total Cache plugin?

    I need to use W3 Total Cache plugin, please explain what is the issue so i can note down.

    Yes that’s i can see it worked but again my shop pages, product archive pages got mess up layout… I don’t know why is keep changing.

    It was since yesterday but now all messed up.

    but still my shop pages are showing messy layout.

    Hi,

    Most of things worked.. thank you.

    However, I have used the sales booster for the “car delivery bar to xx amount left to get free shipping” but it’s not showing in front-end.

    Another issue i have (Support mobile tab) where i m loading the static block but showing messy layout.
    Attached is for your reference.

    P.S. I have seen that there are 4 patches updates available in my xstore dashboard… should I apply all of them of you already added. Please advice.

    but there is no new issues… these were working before and now after some updates previously it’s not working any more..

    1- Sales booster (working before but not showing)
    2- Support page layout (working before but now layout got messy)
