Hi – I need to install Furniture03 demo but it keeps throwing me this error (see attached). My hosting has increase the server limits (see screenshot here: https://snipboard.io/4Ddoyw.jpg) but I’m not sure why it’s still not importing.

    Hello, Bilal Malik,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Here is what we see on your site – https://prnt.sc/ZvILYCYVC6CS

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Please see FTP file link and login infos in private content area. I’m still seeing this error while importing the demo https://snipboard.io/MeLk3E.jpg. However my hosting provider has increased the limits as seen here https://snipboard.io/9oTdKi.jpg

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Bilal Malik,

    1. We can’t open your site – https://prnt.sc/BxQmoWTHCwEW Please ask your hosting provider to check and fix it.

    2. We can’t connect FTP:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    3. Make sure you cleared cache here https://prnt.sc/MfOT51qXu4zE and cache of the browser.
Additionally, 3rd-party plugins should be disabled before the demo content import.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    1. You need to login into WP-admin to access the site as due to failed demo import website isn’t accessible.

    2. Please check private area. I’m not a pro so can’t check FTP login issue.

    3. Yes, I’ve removed the cache of browser and as you suggested. My hosting provider has also increased Max execution time from 180mb to 600 but still I’m getting this error https://snipboard.io/snJfwj.jpg

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.
