Newsletter Pop Up on when entering store, and on Carousel Anything Widget

Hello,

I need some help configuring the newsletter pop up. I have added it to my header, but I don’t see the options to configure it in the Appearance > Customize

I would like it to pop up once a user enters the website, and I would also like to make a link to it from the content in the “Carousel Anything” widget that I have in the header.

There are two header builders, We recommend you, please use one header builder at the same time to avoid any inconvenience.

1/ Header builder via Elementor
2/ Header builder via customizer

1/ If you are utilizing the header builder feature through Elementor, we kindly ask you to follow these steps to configure your newsletter widget according to your requirements:

1. Navigate to XStore Builders.
2. Select ‘Header Builder via Elementor’.
3. Click on ‘Edit Header Template’.
4. Add or configure the newsletter widget as needed.
5. Ensure to update the changes once completed.

2/ If you are utilizing the header builder through the customizer, kindly proceed to XStore Builders, select ‘Header Builder via Customizer’, and then choose ‘Header Builder > Newsletter’.

I have added it to my header via the Elementor builder.

I would like it to pop up once a user enters the website, but I still don’t see the options to configure it in the Appearance > Customize how its outlined in the doc you just sent.

And I would like to make a link to it from the content in the “Carousel Anything” widget that I have in the header, not use the newsletter button. (screenshots attached in original message).

I tried creating a static block so that I could use it in the “Carousel Anything” widget but for some reason the newsletter button is grayed out and not available to use with the static blocks?

1/ We have noted your recent attempt to add a header using the Elementor builder. Regrettably, we must inform you that our current configuration does not support this feature directly through Elementor.

We value your input and encourage you to share this request on our Taskboard, accessible at (https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/). Should your suggestion garner significant support from other users, our development team will consider incorporating this feature in a future update.

In the meantime, we invite you to explore the available option to customize the header under the “Under Header” section via the customizer. For your reference, please see the attached image which guides you through this alternative method.
