    Hi,

I have two “Add to Cart widgets” set up on a single product page.

The two “Add to cart widgets” don’t sync when I select different colors,
One shopping cart has the selected color displayed, but the other shopping cart does not.

Also, I chose to clear the color of one of the “Add to Cart widgets”,
But the other one cannot be cleared at the same time.

How to fix the “Add to Cart Widget” button to be synchronized?

    What should I do?

    Dear Sam,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, the feature you are requesting is not available by default and would require specific customization codes to be implemented.

As an alternative, you may consider using the sticky cart element, which can be viewed here: [https://prnt.sc/woC2_0V1EH2A](https://prnt.sc/woC2_0V1EH2A).

Should you require personalized customization services, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our customization panel at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. This will enable direct engagement with our technical team.

Please be advised that customization services incur additional charges. The exact cost will be determined after a detailed review of your request.

    We appreciate your understanding!

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.

    Hi,

I am using the element of “xstore widget”. This is obviously an “xstore widget” bug.

How could it be a custom requirement?

    Thanks

    Hi @Sam,

It’s not a bug, it also won’t work if you use the default Add To Cart element of Elementor: https://prnt.sc/nLzyLfdf3dMc

If you don’t want to use our customization service, you are welcome to submit your feature request on our request board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Should your suggestion garner sufficient support from other customers, our development team will take it into consideration for inclusion in future updates.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
