Shop page is not opening While Clicking “Edit with Elementor”

1}I want to Edit the shop page through the Dashboard but while clicking edit with Elementor it is just loading and not opening the edit page
2} Your Pro Element is not Compatible with the new WordPress version I am not able to update

3} I want to update my phone number and email id in 8theme as my old phone number has been blocked

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

1/ Please be informed that the Shop page serves as an archive page for products and, as such, is not editable via Elementor by default. Any available configurations can be adjusted within the Theme Options.

Should you wish to utilize Elementor for your Shop page, we kindly direct you to the following instructional article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/. This guide will assist you in creating a custom layout from the ground up and configuring it for all product archives, including the shop, product categories, and more.

2/ We are not authors of the Pro Element plugin. Do you see a fatal error in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?
