very sorry, please login with this credentials
Hello, Anas,
Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > fatal errors file. It shows that the problem is caused by 3rd-party plugins – https://prnt.sc/2PUmf8u4RI2c
It is possible that your server resources are insufficient to support all the activated plugins, which might explain why the issue resolves when some plugins are deactivated. This suggests that your hosting provider needs to address this problem, or you may need to deactivate some plugins to reduce the load on your server.

I have been using other themes without any issues for that past 5 years on cloudways with 16GB RAM server where i never got issues like this. this is the first time im getting errors like this. this is totally related to the theme and the bundles plugins. I need to sort this issues asap. please advice, thanks
Hi @Anas,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I completely understand your frustration, especially given your smooth experience with other themes over the years.
It’s important to note that, with each passing year, technology advances, and themes, plugins, and overall WordPress systems become more resource-intensive. As a result, what worked perfectly a few years ago might now require some adjustments, even on a powerful 16GB RAM server.
Here are a few steps that might help resolve the issue:
1. **Update Resource Limits**: While your server has 16GB of RAM, it may be necessary to increase some specific server limits like PHP memory or execution time to ensure compatibility with modern themes and plugins. You can adjust the memory limit by adding this to your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
Increasing the PHP execution time and max input variables in your hosting settings can also help.
2. **Stay Up-to-Date**: Make sure both the theme and all bundled plugins are fully updated, as newer versions often address compatibility and performance improvements.
3. **Enable Debugging**: Activate WordPress debugging to log any errors that could help pinpoint the issue. Add these lines to your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
These steps should help resolve the issue, but if it persists, please contact also to your hosting provider to enchance the server properties and values.
