Help with header top and middle, thanks in advance

Hello,

after a bit of a break I returned to creating the site, unfortunately there have been so many changes that I don’t manage to grasp everything at once.

How can I make the header not overlap? Before my break, both went down smoothly (top and middle)?

And one last thing, the categories that are in the picture when hovered over nicely loaded the bars below them. Currently, the bars are smashed as shown in the photo (even though they look normal in Slides)

We would like to inform you that the Sticky feature was initially activated for separate containers, which resulted in them overlapping each other. Consequently, we have enabled this option for a main container. Additionally, the Sticky feature was previously enabled only for desktop computers; it is now activated for mobile devices as well https://prnt.sc/3L9JfbBvT981
