Hi there the mobile menu wont open after opening and closing once.
Also noticed an instant delay on loading it when it manages to open.
Any suggestions?
No cache plug in activated, no server side cache, all themes cache / speed optimization settings off.
Its a staging on subdomain I’m working on here.
Thanks for your time.
Hello, Blink,

As shown on the video the menu opened and closed via the x (close) icon and from there it wont open again.
Also to mention a slow loading on the menu items with is also noticeable on the video.
Waiting for your response.
Thanks
Dear @Blink,
We hope this message finds you well. We wish to inform you that we have identified the “Remove Uppercase Accents” plugin as the source of the recent issue. Consequently, we have disabled this plugin, and it appears that the functionality has been restored successfully.
Could you please verify the resolution on your end and confirm that everything is operating smoothly?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best Regards,

Hi there
Now it seems to be functional but still laggy below acceptable.
The issue can be reproduced if opened and closed multipole times.
Also the lug on loading the menu (font and color) is still there.
Now we turned it to side menu where all works as they should until we find a solution.
So if you need to check it again you need to choose the full screen mobile menu.
Thanks
Dear Blink,
We hope this message finds you well. We kindly request your assistance in updating all your plugins to their latest versions.
Should the issue persist post-update, we recommend deactivating all third-party plugins that are not part of the XStore theme package. You can find a list of the included plugins at the following link: [Included Plugins](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once these plugins have been deactivated, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue remains. This step is crucial as third-party plugins can often cause conflicts.
Please let us know the outcome of these actions.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
