Not able see menu in new imported demo and mega menu

Hello there,
As per the last ticket(https://www.8theme.com/topic/want-to-change-theme-layout-to-electronic-mega-market/#post-414716), you suggested creating a staging site, installing the this demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/electronic-mega-market/, and testing out the demo import. So I did the same but now the menu is not showing on staging site. and also mega menus option is not working.

Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong in this configuration.

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inquire whether you have added any custom data to the staging site as of yet.

If there have been no additions, we intend to reset your staging site and subsequently import the sample demo once again.
