I make customizations on the home page or the header but I don’t see it and not publeshed anymore

Additionally, please be advised that we have disabled the static block cache and removed the query string option. These changes have been implemented and published successfully.

when I do customize as you see in the photos I send then I do header Builder to change Template header but unfortunately don’t change
