Need to change the Top header banner images from the (Mens , Womens , Product Details..) pages

Hi Team,

We are looking for the change of the top banner image from the following
– Mens Category
– Womens Category
– Boys Categoty
– Girls Category
– Product Detail Page
– Contact Us Page
– My Account Page

We are unable to find the place where we can replace it.
Please help us with the place and procedure to change the image with the size.

Hello, @Sahil,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The image you wish to update is the breadcrumbs image, which is currently configured via the path: Xstore >> Theme Options >> Breadcrumbs. To replace it with your preferred image, please navigate to the aforementioned location and upload your new image there. Kindly ensure that the resolution of the image is 1600×333 pixels to maintain the appropriate fit in the designated space.

Hi Team i have tried with the given steps but there still facing the issue while uploading the Background image of 1600×333 in size. The issue is the previous image is not getting removed and its hovering the new image and showing in the below as a background bottom corners. Is there any way so that we can remove the existing one then we insert the new one for proper alignment of the image please help. I have marked with Yellow which is showing as a background of the old image.

Hello, @Sahil,

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved.

Our team has made the necessary edits to the product archive template using Elementor, located under XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder. We have removed the image and published the updated template.

Additionally, we have updated the product category by adding a custom page heading image for this category.

Please note that you are now able to add an image for each product category according to your requirements and update it accordingly.

For your reference, an image has been included in the private content area.

Hi Tony, thanks to help on this topic but now i am seeing that as per the category i have attached a images in the products category but the womens image i am seeing in the about us, FAQ’s, terms and condition is applied. which looks in appropriate. please check and let me know how to get rid out to this.

To address your query regarding the customization of your theme, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

1. Navigate to XStore > Theme Options.
2. Select ‘Breadcrumbs’.
3. Here, you can add or remove the background image as per your requirements.
4. Ensure to click ‘Publish’ to save the changes.
