Default template and email design keeps getting deleted

Hello, I am trying to use the default email template to create a header and footer, but after I design and save it, it gets deleted?

I also had a few emails designed before I started using the default template, and all of the design has been deleted too.

This has happened to me a few times now.

Please, provide us the correct wp-admin access to your web-site and if you can, please attach a video of the issue.
