    Hello.

I try to install the Electronic Mega Market demo with all its content. Everytime I install it I just get many … not installed errors and the page is unreachable afterwards (critical error). I seem to fullfill all the requirements for the server and everything else works. The page works again once I delete installed files.

Any idea what’s the problem? Also no other demo seems to work. I’ll add all the information in the private area.

    Thanks

    Hello, @webdevcat,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Upon reviewing your website, we have noticed that the current system specifications do not meet our theme’s requirements. We believe this is the root cause of the issues you are experiencing.

    Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8
We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then Import demo on your site again.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.
