I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding a critical error I am encountering on my WordPress site. The issue seems to be related to the PRO Elements plugin, which is currently installed.
The error message states: “There has been a critical error on this website.” Additionally, I see that a new version of PRO Elements (3.24.2.1) is available for update, but I am unable to install it due to the ongoing error.
Attempted to update the plugin, but the error persists when it is activated.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue, as it affects the functionality of my site.
