Checkout page – Adding a tick box for terms and conditions before “Place Order” button

Greetings all.

Please see attached screenshot which shows my checkout page, specifically the section circled in red.

1. I have forgotten where I can edit this section, could you please advise?

2. Is there a way to add a tick box here below the paragaph, so that customers have to accept terms and conditions through ticking the box before they place an order?
