Content text size is not getting small in bakery theme

hello
i have created sliders but under the slider section there are write-ups there
but you can see it looks bigger than the slider ,i have set the size of text but its not changing
please help to resolve this
do the needed changes.

no!it is looking good on desktop view
but i want make text smaller for mobile view
see it in mobile view
