Theme Options Styling / Colour Keeps Loading – Cannot Edit

Hi again all,

While trying to customize Theme Options > Styling / Colour.

The option page keeps loading.

Have tried on different browsers – same issue. See attached screenshots.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings first.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello,

Please download XStore – Installable Archive from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ Go to Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload theme > Choose the downloaded file > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the theme will be updated on your site.

Clear cache and check the result.

Dear @AJ,

We hope this message finds you well. We have observed that modifications have been made to the parent XStore theme. Please be advised that altering the parent theme directly is generally not permissible, as such changes can lead to complications following updates.

For a detailed account of the modifications, please refer to the private area.

It appears from the modifications that the latest version of the theme has not been uploaded. You are currently using version 9.3.18, whereas the most recent version available is v9.4.2 (https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/). This discrepancy suggests that the update previously mentioned may not have been completed.

Furthermore, we suspect that changes might have been made to other files within the parent theme. Please note that any modifications to these files will be overwritten and lost upon updating the theme. To avoid this issue and retain your customizations post-update, we strongly recommend utilizing a child theme. This approach allows for safe customization without affecting the integrity of the parent theme.
