    Hello.

You have a great presale support. So we decide to purchase your theme. But now we stuck in many basics and in your guides we do not see any option to handle this massive problems in small details which are very important. For exampe: 1. We can not setup “equal height” for product archive product grid. If a product have 2 lined title and another one have a short title with only 1 line text the add to cart button will be placed into different position. This is not good. Woodmart have out of the box a option to limit the max title lines. And it does have a option to set product grid to equal height. 2. Add to cart button also have different position in product grid because: If your product have a star rating, the stars for rating will be shown. If your product does not have a rating no rating stars will be shown This is a inconsistency in visibility and will cause different position of add to cart button: there is no option to handle this per category in product archive grid builder. Only in theme settings. This are small details, but small details which make a professional store and not a professional looking store. Screenshot from xstore (nobody wanna see something like this): https://ibb.co/41VC0Ms In woodmart the same product grid: all add to cart buttons are in one line and not jumping around. Because all products have star rating (also the empty one) and because you have option to limit the title lines in archive grid builder. And because their css add space between to make sure all product grids have the same height and buttons are in same position. Why you do not have this basics of UX and IX out of the box please? Sure, we can work now in massive css and small snippets to make that working. But we talking about basics that shoud work out of the box after so many years of developement… 🙁

We manage now +40 licence for each client. We also purchased one for us to handle support via this account for all clients. We need a full refund for all licence please if you can not handle this basics in 2024.

    Dear @Tommy,

We are pleased to inform you that we have already developed a new feature that allows for the equal height of products in the Archive Products widget. This enhancement is scheduled for release in our next update. You can preview the expected outcome here: https://prnt.sc/E4JiKov6ncYP.

Should you wish to implement this feature on your website immediately, please provide us with the correct wp-admin access credentials. This will enable us to upload the necessary files. Alternatively, if you require this feature across multiple websites, we can create a patch that can be easily applied to all relevant sites with just a few clicks. For more details on how to use the XStore patcher, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

Additionally, we would like to highlight that the title limit option is available in our Archive Products widget, which includes several sub-options for customization. You can view this feature here: https://prnt.sc/4UhkNB62mvHz.

Regarding the activation of the empty star rating, this option is available globally in the Theme Options and can be accessed here: https://prnt.sc/IsDVY3ZFiYSQ. We maintain certain product options within the Theme Options to ensure uniformity across the website. However, if you prefer to have this feature available in specific widgets only, we encourage you to submit a request on our taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We will consider implementing such requests based on customer demand and popularity.

Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to post your questions on our forum, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear, Tommy,

Thank you for your message. In order to verify your request, we kindly ask that you provide us with the 40+ licenses either through private content or by registering them under your account. This step is necessary to confirm whether all licenses have an active status.

Please note that we have a system in place that verifies if support is being used for a specific client or not. If the information provided does not match, your account may be subject to suspension. We cannot allow the use of one active license to manage support for 40+ inactive clients.

We appreciate your understanding, and we are happy to assist further once the necessary verification is completed.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,
i am using the licence only in one test-project (its our own project). All other clients purchased their own licence. We acticted the linked licence only in one project. What is wrong with that case?

Regarging our issue in our project:
you can find it in the linked project (privat content tab)

I can send you an email with all purchase emails to start a refund.

    Hey,

Thank you for your message. As per Envato’s license policy, we are only able to provide support to the licensee whose license is active. In your case, if you have registered only one license, we will only be able to handle support for that particular license—not for your clients’ licenses.

If any of your clients wish to request a refund, they can do so directly through Envato. They should provide detailed information explaining the reason for the refund request.

Please let us know if you need further clarification or assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    Andrew Mitchell

Okay, so please help me in our case (the project is linked in privat tab).

    About the other projects:
    a) I will ask our clients if their wanna review first the theme. And i will tell tem they need to start a refund from envato website.

    b) If a client wanna keep their licence: i can add the extra licence to my account to manage many licence via support forum here? Or i have to create for each licence a extra support forum account?

    Hey Tommy,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Regarding your current project (linked in the private tab), we’re happy to assist and will provide the necessary support.

    As for the other projects:

    a) If your clients would like to review the theme first, they are welcome to do so. Should they decide to proceed with a refund, they will need to initiate the process directly through the Envato website. They will also need to provide detailed information in their refund request, ensuring that it aligns with Envato’s license refund policy.

    b) If a client chooses to keep their license, you can add the extra licenses to your account and manage them through the support forum. There’s no need to create separate accounts for each license. You’ll be able to handle multiple licenses under one account, simplifying the process for managing support.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with these steps or if you have any additional questions.

    Kind Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
