    Hello.

Your theme panel looking cool, but to much text and description of each option. At the end of time you have to switch settings, save and reload the frontend to doublecheck the result. Because your description of each option (in info icon) is nice, but you never will understand each one 100%. So you have to activate/deactivate the option, click on same, switch the tab and preload the frontend to doubel check how it will look and what will it cause in frontend. If you check woodmart theme panel: if you hover the info icon, you will see a small gif/video that will show you live result / result of this option in frontend. This is very usefull to find the correct option without need to make to much clicks, save and tests. Do you also plan to add this small option to your theme panel? it will improve the working time in theme panel so much! Second massive problem: For example you can build a product archive grid in elementor. Great. But there is no option to show empty star via product archive builder. You have to use theme panel settings and disable custom product archive builder – because via theme settings you can enable empty star icons, but not in a custom product archive build via builder. Third problem: Your widget in product archive builder does not have option like “inherit by theme settings”. So you have to setup every small detail which you already defined in theme panel settings again and again. How to solve please? Next problem: we can not setup different product grid design for each product archive layout. Because your Theme settings panel have: Products Design -> Design Type. But your elementor widget in product archive builder does not have this option. In woodmart you can switch it per template in product archive builder or you select INHERIT BY THEME PANEL and voila. Thats smart. And how to do this via your theme please?

We manage now +40 licence for each client. We also purchased one for us to handle support via this account for all clients. We need a full refund for all licence please if you can not handle this basics in 2024.

    Dear @Tommy,

We are pleased to inform you that our Theme Options offer a superior user experience by allowing immediate previews of changes directly within the options panel. This feature, located on the right side of the panel, enables you to see modifications in real-time, which we believe is a significant advantage over the WoodMart theme. In contrast, WoodMart requires users to switch between the backend and frontend to view changes, whereas our theme displays these changes instantly on your website, integrated with your design and settings.

We value customer feedback and are committed to incorporating popular suggestions into our development roadmap. Should you wish to see additional features, such as image tooltips, we encourage you to submit your request on our taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This platform allows us to gauge interest and gather insights from other users regarding new proposals.

Additionally, we would like to highlight the flexibility of our Theme Options panel, which can be customized to suit your preferences. For a visual guide on how to customize the design of your Theme Options panel, please visit https://gyazo.com/6b223be59bf059a8a4d7ec033838c694.

Regarding the Archive Products widget, it is important to note that our new widgets are designed from scratch, offering a plethora of features and customization options that cater to any imaginative design. While we currently do not support inheriting the layout of products from Theme Options, we provide several popular archive product templates for easy import, which can be found https://prnt.sc/BHrIflPDKtjP. For more detailed information about our Archive Builder templates and other functionalities, please refer to our documentation at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

If the feature to inherit product layout settings is something you would like us to consider, please post your suggestion on our roadmap at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/ and monitor its popularity among the community.

We value your business and understand that managing over 40 licenses for your clients requires seamless functionality. Our team is committed to resolving any concerns and helping you maximize the value of XStore. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist, and we’ll prioritize ensuring your satisfaction.

Thank you again for choosing 8Theme, and we look forward to continuing to support your success.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

we do not need asking for templates. We asking about inherit the style via theme panel. Click widget -> product style -> inherit by theme … for example. And voila, the job is done. By using your theme we do not have this options. This will waste a lot of time if you manage large stores. Nobody will work like this in 202 in a modern theme and if you check other themes (not only woodmart) they have this option many years ago already. So you have to setup every small detail which you already defined in theme panel settings again and again. For beginners: ok. For pros who wanna save time and working smarter: absolute no go. 🙁

To post a request about this basics in 2024 in your roadmap is furstrating, but we will do this.

This is absolute not correct. I can give you many examples what is not working after 2 hours. 🙁
For example if you use the product archive grid all product grids in each products will have the same structure: image, title, price, add to cart… Each store. You only can change simple options like in other themes, for example show/hide add to cart element, change color and sizes. Your product archive widget does not have different structure, for example like here: https://imgbb.com/VLPBsQG
By using another theme we have all this options out of the box and we can setup default style/structure per theme panel and overwrite it by widget to have different styles. For example on a landingpage the product grid shoud have another style and are more minimalistic. In archive page we shoud use another style. By using your theme we only can change simple style options and show/hide the elemnts, not changing the order and structure. We are in 2024 and talking about the most important element of a store that missed this. So from now we have to use elementor pro to build a custom product grid via loop grid builder. 🙁
