Disabling Cart Page and Using Only Mini Cart + Checkout Page

I would like to disable the main cart page on my website and only use the mini cart along with the checkout page. Essentially, when customers add items to their cart, they will interact with the mini cart and then proceed directly to the checkout page, bypassing the traditional cart page entirely.

Is there a way to achieve this within the theme settings or through custom code?
