    Check my attached screenshot here:
    https://ibb.co/YB9QpCs
Scroll down to “Custom Tab Content” and try to enter text. Its not possible. Its only possible to enter text if you switch from “visuell” view to “text” view.

    Why?

    Second problem:
    1. Most of all theme settings have no preview option.
    2. Its cool if you add a small video for before/after for each function. So not need to read a lot of descriptions which nobody understand for each option and test it and test the next, next and next to find the correct style and option what you need.
    3. Other themes also have this theme panel with preview option in right side. But they also have to make the left sidebar with the settings larger to avoid a lot of scrolling up and down to find the nested functions/options. If you work a lot of time in this theme panel you will waste a lot of time by scrolling up and down to search options.
    4. Here an preview from another theme how the handle most of all options from their theme: Each option have info icon and if you hover it you will see how it will change your website in a small video (before / after): https://ibb.co/G9LNBdS
    5. Your theme panel have a small width. So you have a drill down effect: you need to open a section and from that moment you will hide all other sections and you only see the selected section in theme panel. If you need to set another option first you need to jump out from the currect section and scroll up and down to right section and click on it and again all other sections are hidden again. This nested and hide-out effect is called drill down effect and have most bad UX effect in all tests. Question: Any chance to make your theme larger in width and do you plan to add before / after videos for each option to make the work faster?
    6. You say: Your theme have preview option if we enable an option in theme panel. I can not confirm this: In my team we are 13 people. From the first day all people say: wow, now we need to click and save so much, because the preview will not work for most of all elements/page types. So it woud be great to have a before/after video like shown in my screenshot here: https://ibb.co/G9LNBdS If you hover the info icon you will see a 5 second video how this option will effect / change your site.
    7. Maybe you can also optimize the theme panel serach function. Lets say you search option to handle style of an element via theme panel. You do not know where to find it. So you start using search option in your theme panel. Your theme panel will do the basic job: it will show you the results from theme panel and will let jump into correct section. From that moment you are alone.
This is how the search in theme panel work in other themes:
you search a word and it will highlight the section name. Like your theme panel. But now a small magic: it will open the section for you and scroll up or down to exactly the option you need/searched/clicked and will highlight it.
This are details what make an theme to an ux diamond. 😉

Any chance to get feedack about our questions and needs?
Last but not last: If not possible: do you have this ideas already in your roadmap?
I dont wanna paste something in your official roadmap, because your last feedback from your team in a “in progress” request is +1 year old and nobody send feedback again into the task.
