    Hi,

I’m experiencing issues with the appearance of my product page. It displays the products in small sizes, and there are other errors as well. This happened after I changed some settings in the Xstore dashboard under WooCommerce shop settings. No matter what I try, I can’t get it to look right. The same issue occurs even when I use the Page Builder and import a demo—the products are still displayed incorrectly.

I’m also having issues with WooCommerce infinite scroll. I changed the settings according to your tutorials, but it’s not working properly, and it’s extremely slow. It can take up to 20 seconds before any products appear, and switching between categories is also very slow.

I could really use some help and advice to solve this problem.

    Hello, Cagdask,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns regarding the product page appearance and the WooCommerce infinite scroll issues on your website. We understand how important it is for these features to function correctly.

An error from the Complianz plugin were visible in the browser console, we’ve disabled the plugin, and that error disappeared but this is a new one from CDN

We would recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and CDN (maybe temporarily disable CDN) and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

The infinite scroll should be activated via XStore Builders > Archive Products > edit template – https://prnt.sc/G6ORsRu-7DwQ Using WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination is an old way, currently, the plugin can be disabled.

Additionally, we would like to bring to your attention that the speed of AJAX operations is contingent upon the server’s response time and the database structure. Our theme sends requests to your database and waits for a response. If the response time is slow, we recommend contacting your hosting provider to discuss potential improvements in server response times, as this is beyond our control.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
