I don’t know why the page loading speed is so low.

I don’t know why the page loading speed is so low, I open a product and it takes about 6-8 seconds to open, with the old website it took me 2 seconds at most. Because my hosting has plenty of space, I assume the problem is due to the theme, what can I do?

Ok. As you have said, WP Rocket plugin would imporve my page speed. So, if i have configured LiteSpeed plugin, i have to disable it? to configure WP Rocket i mean.
