We have problems with the translation from English to Dutch, parts of the cart, checkout and my account aren’t translated.

We’ve synchronized translations on your site for WooCommerce, theme, and Core – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ using the Loco Translate plugin.
You need to edit the translation of the theme now – https://prnt.sc/TXNnEGSLxZNF
We would recommend you remove files from this location – https://prnt.sc/NpwXReeDBE2R , because the System location is correct and the second is unrequired and may cause misunderstanding.
You can disable the Loco Translate plugin, this will not remove the translation. This plugin just a simplest way to edit translations.
