    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the designs I create with Elementor Pro are not displaying correctly on the front-end of my website. After troubleshooting by deactivating third-party plugins one by one, I identified that the XStore Core plugin is causing this conflict.

All of my themes and plugins, including Elementor Pro and XStore Core, are up to date with the latest versions. Despite this, the issue persists.

Please visit this page to review the issue. https://www.megapackaging.co.uk/test-page/

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this compatibility issue, as it is affecting the design and functionality of my website.

    Thank you for your support.

    Dear @fatih durmus,

We hope this message finds you well.

We noticed that you had used the ‘Product Images’ widget within your loop item content. Please note that this widget is specifically designed for use in the Single Product layout, which is why you encountered the issue. To resolve this, we have replaced the ‘Product Images’ widget with the default ‘Image’ widget, setting its dynamic source to the product image.

Kindly review the changes at your convenience.

    Best regards,

    Hi Jack,

Thank you for your quick response. I have cleared the browser cache and performed the checks, but the problem persists. The issue seems to be related to background colour or images, paddings, margins, font sizes, and alignments.

I am attaching screenshots to help you identify the differences between the backend and frontend displays.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be much appreciated.

    Best regards,

    Dear @fatih durmus,

We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you reported and determined that it is primarily related to the browser cache of the users whose screens you are monitoring. This issue is not directly associated with our theme.

To address this, we recommend activating a cache plugin that consolidates styles and scripts into new files that have not been previously cached. This should not only resolve the issue but also enhance the loading speed for your clients.

Additionally, we advise you to regenerate the CSS using the Elementor plugin tools. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this at: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. This step may further assist in resolving the issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
