Is there a way to try a new theme on the same WordPress account without losing the previous work

I have used a theme from XStore for my website and created a basic structure with it. However, I want to experiment with something different, but not with the current structure I’ve built. If I try to apply a new theme, my older content might be lost.

Is there a way to try a new theme on the same WordPress account without losing the previous work (without removing the previous theme)?

If yes, please explain how to do it. Also, after creating the second version with a new theme, how can I transfer it to the existing website content?

Typically, hosting support teams are equipped to handle such requests, as site migration does not pertain directly to the theme itself. We do not have specific guidance on this matter, though some of our clients have successfully used the Duplicator plugin for similar purposes.
