I used a child theme and customized it if I activate the main theme, the website works fine. On the other hand, it also works when I uninstall all the plugins.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand that you are experiencing issues with your website when using a child theme. Based on the information you provided, it seems that the website functions correctly when the main theme is activated or when all plugins are deactivated.
This suggests that the issue may be related to either the customizations made in the child theme or a conflict with one of the plugins. We recommend the following steps to help identify the root cause:
1. **Check Customizations**: Review the custom code or modifications made in the child theme to ensure there are no errors or conflicts with the main theme.
2. **Plugin Conflict**: Reactivate the plugins one by one while using the child theme to identify if a specific plugin is causing the issue.
You can check errors in Woocommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal error file, and contact your hosting providers to get further assistance.

That issue is from the XStore Core plugin. When I deactivated it my website working. By the way, I used namecheap shared hosting. CPU uses 100% when running this plugin but when I deactivated it only 28% CPU use. What can I do for it?
Hello,
We hope this message finds you well.
We apologize for the delayed response, as it was due to the weekend.

To assist you effectively, could you please provide us with the following details:
– The specific activities or features being utilized when the CPU usage increases.
