I am writing to seek your assistance with two issues related to product descriptions on my site.

Missing Short Description for a Single Product:
I am unable to view the short description for a specific product on my website. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

Adding Short Description Similar to an Image:
I have tried multiple times to add a short description that appears similar to a reference image(shop page) I have, but I have not been successful. Could you kindly guide me through the steps to achieve this?

1/ Could you kindly provide the URL of the specific product page where you are encountering the issue? Additionally, please share your website’s WP-admin access in the private content area so that we can review your settings and assist you more effectively.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

We are currently unable to access the backend of your website. In order to assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with administrative access to your WordPress dashboard (wp-admin). This will allow us to review your settings and offer the necessary support.

To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
