1. the menu on mobile devices is very, very cumbersome. You often have to press the burger icon before you can navigate.
How can this be improved?
On a laptop, the Heat.me logo on the left-hand side next to the menu is only visible as a tiny line. How can I make the logo visible? (The logo is visible on tablets and mobile devices).
2. sometimes no logo is displayed when opening the website on mobile devices.
White side stripes also appear on all devices. How do I get rid of them?
Dear @Juergen,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have observed that you are using the Smush Pro plugin, particularly for features such as lazy loading and performance optimization. Based on our analysis, we believe that the issues you are experiencing may be related to the configuration of this plugin. For instance, the issue where actions (click even) need to be performed on mobile devices before interacting with other elements could be due to an active setting in the plugin that delays the loading of styles or scripts until after user interaction. You may find this discussion helpful: https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/smush-pro-having-trouble-with-lazy-loading/.
As you hold a PRO license for the Smush Pro plugin, we highly recommend reaching out to their support team for guidance on the optimal configuration for your website.
Please note that our support team is dedicated to assisting with our own projects, and since Smush Pro is a third-party plugin, we kindly ask that you direct any further inquiries to their support forum.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Jack,
1. i have deleted Smush, cleared the cache and still nothing has changed with the problem.
In the mobile menu – and here I’m talking about the 3 lines at the top left – nothing happens or only sometimes when I click on it. I have tried it with several mobiles. The same applies to the bottom bar.
Please take your cell phone and try it yourself.
2. the logo is still not displayed on my Macbook.
3. my question as to why I have white borders on the left and right when calling up the homepage has not been answered.
Now that Smush is no longer running, the problem must lie elsewhere. Please help me to find a solution.
Dear @Juergen,
We hope this message finds you well.
The issue with the logo display on your website was caused by the margin settings you had configured, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/senmNLqTzTsc. We have now adjusted the margin for your logo to 0px. Kindly review the changes on your end.
Additionally, we have deactivated the Smush Pro plugin and tested your website on mobile devices. We did not encounter any issues requiring additional clicks. Please verify this on your side as well.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hi Jack,
The problem with the logo remains unresolved.
I have used this tool: https://responsivetesttool.com/
to test when and where our logo appears.
It does not appear on many devices. You can see for yourself at https://responsivetesttool.com/.
How can this problem be solved?
I found the solution. The margin legt was on 200px. I set it on 0px and now the logo is appearing.
Dear @Juergen,
We are glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue on your own. Is there anything else you need assistance with?
Best regards,
