Hello, our site is close to publication, but we notice it is really slow. The hosting is a litespeed cloud server so the site should have all the resources it needs.

To load the elements fast, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the ‘Edit Page with Elementor’.
2. Proceed to ‘Settings of Element’.
3. Click on ‘Advanced’.
4. Select ‘XStore ajaxify’.
5. Find ‘Lazy loading’ and turn it ‘Off’.
6. Finally, update the settings.

Thanks for the advice, but even when I click on a simple product it takes 6/7 seconds to load. I have tried optimising the general performance options, but to no avail. Can’t you get better performance (considering it’s a cloud server)?

Thanks for the guide, but the cloud server we use uses Litespeed technology. WordPress is already optimised to take advantage of this technology through caching and minification optimisations.
It seems to be the theme itself that loads slowly.
I would have no problem with commissioning you for extra site optimisation, but I don’t think it is sufficient to install WP Rocket.
If you are 100 per cent sure that you can significantly improve the performance of the site, we can also proceed.
I love your theme because you wanted to create an all-inclusive product with a lot of functionality already included (which would normally require additional plugins).

OK, I may buy your service to improve performance, but are you sure you can actually speed up the system in the Litespeed server?

OK, I purchased your performance optimisation service. Doing various tests and disabling everything except the +xcore theme, Woocommerce, Elementor + Addon, the site is still very slow.
Inside there is the Litespeed plugin which I would prefer to use as the cloud server uses this technology.
There is also WPRocket which can possibly be used, but I would prefer to uninstall it.

Hi, what is your email?
All plugins have been updated and also the theme (including patches).
Apart from ‘log mail’, there are no plugins to delete.
You will find both Litespeed plugins and WP Rocket to use.
I would prefer to use the former to take advantage of the cloud server technology, but in case there is a subscription for the latter as well.
I would like to remind you that the site is regularly online.
