Hi, I have recently bought the XStore Theme, its a great theme, however, It is very very slow, Please the attached files for more clarity. I went through your support pages and your reply to other users who are having same issue. Tried to sort it out but still not getting goods results.
I haven’t installed any other Plug-ins other than XStore.
Can you please kindly help to resolve this issue.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I have tried every thing you mentioned above but still no luck. I am against time here. Can you please let me know how can I apply for the refund.
to be honest, your theme is the best one but I think not for me as it is too slow.

Are you using any cache plugins?
Can you please share us with your WordPress Admin account so we can take a closer look at your current setup?
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hi,
thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I have unregistered the theme and deleted the whole project as I am on the very first stage of the project for my client. To be very honest with you I have moved to Shoptimizer and would like to have the refund please.
Its a shame I have to ask for the refund even though your theme is very good and build very comprehensively. But for us it was extremely slow.
So, if you please kindly process the refund, that will be very helpful. One more thing, next time when I will have a different ecommerce customer I will defiantly buy your theme again.
