    I’m not sure why, but customers say they are on the website and cannot see the product images or click on them as per attachment?

    Good day;

    Apologies, what I actually mean is on the Shop page as well as categories pages, there is not an option to scroll through the product images on Mobile.

    I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I cannot find an option to browse the product images without clicking through to the single product page.

    There is a hover option, but it is not very effective for Mobile. Could you point me in the right direction?

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have identified that the issue you’re experiencing is due to an active setting in the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin. Specifically, the option that replaces the original img tag with the picture tag is enabled, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/M0Tdbw8tj9J5.

    Please note that the description of this option mentions that some themes may not display images correctly when this feature is active. Therefore, we kindly recommend deactivating this option and testing the results afterward.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Thank you so much, you are an absolute star!
    So to have the pictures on the images on the shop page be scrollable, what setting would I then use?

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that, by default, we modify the smart carousel hover effect on mobile devices in our theme code for product by replacing it with the ‘Images slider’ hover effect. This is achieved using the default WordPress function “wp_is_mobile()”. However, it appears that the “wp_is_mobile()” function may conflict with cache plugins, which seems to be the reason why the modification was not applied on your website.

    To resolve this, we recommend switching the current hover effect to the ‘Image Slider’ option. You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/_WeukY-3XSV2. We have already implemented this change on your website, so please take a moment to review the results.

    Additionally, to enhance the visibility of the arrows on product images, you may add the following CSS code in your Theme Options:

    .images-slider-wrapper .sm-arrow {
        background: #fff;
    }

    You can see an example of the updated arrow visibility here: https://prnt.sc/yfcaUHQLXT4C.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    This is why I always recommend Xstore 🙂
    Thank you. If I may ask one more question, is there a way to stop the arrow from showing if a customer gets to the end of the images. E.g. If you scroll to the right then the right arrow will not show when you have got to the end of the product images and only the left will show?

    Dear @Rowan Keizer,

    Thank you for your kind words regarding our theme. We truly appreciate your feedback!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement a locked arrow at the end of the carousel. This is due to the nature of the hover effect, where all images are displayed in a continuous loop, meaning there is no defined end point in the carousel.

    Thank you for your understanding.
