Emails I created from the email builder are not connected

    Good morning,

    I bought something from my shop rdgstudio.es (fake purchase) to see if everything was okey.. but its not. I already made my mails in the email builder of xstore but i dont know why it keeps showing mails from woocommerce. Cpuld you help me changing them?
    I´ll give you temporary access to my website. Thank you

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It appears that “Developer Mode” is currently enabled. We kindly ask you to disable this mode and verify if the issue persists.
    This mode is intended for when you have real orders on your website and want to send your customers old emails (not broken new ones) while you are building new emails with our builder.
    This option is recommended to use while you are creating your emails with Builder and if you are ready to test them you may just switch off the developer option.

    I did it what you told me. I bought another thing (2nd fake purchase) and know none mail is sent. Could you please help me finding the problen?

    Hello, rdg__studio,

    Please check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
