Problems editing Shop Page Layout
I notice that some changes I try to make in the editor don’t work, that is, if I want to change the product page it doesn’t make any changes
This is the third purchase I’ve made from this theme, and it’s the first time I’ve seen this difficulty

1/ You need to enter the purchase code to activate the theme – https://prnt.sc/z3EDYLyDsoD- Kindly note that using the theme without proper activation is not permitted.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), and updating the Pro Elements plugin. After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the Shop page editor again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
3/ If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Regarding the website you shared, it appears that you are utilizing the XStore Archive Product Builder. Please note that in such case all settings for the products displayed on the shop page should be configured within the builder itself. The global theme options you demonstrated in the video will not apply for those products if the website is using the builder for this specific page.
