Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please do the reset, and import the demo site again with only one page builder (Elementor OR WP-bakery) on your site. Please read and follow the instruction written in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/
