Why my custom footer is also displaying above my header?

Hi There

Please could you help as to why my custom footer is also displaying above my header? I’ve tried to fix this and can’t see why this is doing this?

Thanks and appreciate your help, I’ve attached my wp-admin login details into the Private content area so you can take a look in the dashboard of this site
