Can you help as to why the Promo Text is not displaying in my Header? I have this switched on.

Hey guys

Can you help as to why the Promo Text is not displaying in my Header? I have this switched on and our client 100% needs this to work/display.

Hello Gary,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to inform you that there are two header builders available: one within the theme options and the other through Elementor. Please note that these two builders cannot be used simultaneously, so you will need to choose one.

Regarding your question about the “Promo Text,” it is part of the old header builder in the Theme Options. The new Elementor header builder takes precedence, meaning you cannot use elements from both builders at the same time. If you are using the Elementor header builder, we recommend disabling the header builder in the theme options. This is because, regardless of the settings applied in the lower-priority builder, the settings from the higher-priority builder (in this case, Elementor) will take effect.

For the test, we’ve disabled the Elementor builder header template on your site https://prnt.sc/buu0EfoyJCgo Header Builder from the Theme Options currently applied. Please check the result.
