During importing a theme, error Media not installed

I’m using hostinger for hosting while uploading Minimal Fashion 2 theme, I’m getting error that states:

“Minimal Fashion 2 Demo Installed! However, We’ve Encountered Some Errors:

media not installed 🙁

The most common errors occur due to low server requirements. We strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to verify and adjust the necessary server settings.”

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

Theme has imported completely but there is are issue in editing, i tried to change header templates and position of tabs search bar etc. but it is not getting changed.

When I am trying to edit the header by Theme Option I can’t change it. I am trying to change the position of menu, search bar etc and trying to change the layout of header, My changes do not apply.

I edited header with theme option and saved. every thing was ok. But I open elementor and it was shoing previous design and i had to chnage the font, so i changed and published and my whole work of Theme Option gone.
WHat to do now. why this thing happening.

Please avoid using two header builders simultaneously. If you are editing the header through the theme options, kindly refrain from accessing the Elementor Header Builder.

We are revisiting a matter that has been raised previously. Kindly review our previous correspondence regarding the header once again, as the same logic applies to the footer.

Please note that there are two editors available: one within the theme options and the other using Elementor. The settings from the theme options will not function when the Elementor builder is enabled. Here is the message regarding this: https://prnt.sc/ZmQLtCNxdrTC
