Not able to install xstore theme in wordpress

Hello,
Dear Support team, I am unable to upload and install xstore theme in my wordpress. Please troubleshoot this problems ASAP. I have attached screenshot of error while uploading theme in wordpress.

Kindly download the XStore theme and Core plugin from the following link: (https://www.8theme.com/downloads/). Once downloaded, please proceed to reinstall them on your website.

1/ We have successfully installed and activated the XStore theme and core plugin on your website. Kindly review the changes at your convenience.

2/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

Just imported xstore theme demo. No any third party plugin has been activated. There are many problems occurred after importing xstore demo website:

1. Desktop scrolling performance is okay but google page insight result is very low, not good.

2. Whole demo website glitching in mobile version including Sticky header, scrolling disappearance, button not responsive and taking too much time to response after clicking. when scroll up then downward images disappear and every time loading again vise versa.

I have attached all screenshots and video of these problems. also attached google page insight speed before and after importing xstore demo website.
I kindly request you to please check and troubleshoot these all problems. For your kind information i have reset my whole website after full customization due to speed issue and other core issues. i have already spends lots of time to fix core issue in xstore theme before resetting whole customized website. I have now loosed all hope because of these problems. I wonder if you could help and fix these issues ASAP.

You have not fixed website Glitching problems in mobile and disappearance of content upon scrolling up and down every time, static header don’t working properly, please review all these problems and fix it. here is the video link og Glitching website in mobile :
