I have been using the XStore theme for years and recently it shows error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”. Then I turned-off all plugins and it backs to normal, but when I activate the plugin “8theme Core” from “XStore Core ”, the error shows again! Please login to my WP admin and activate the plugin, you will see the error. The login details are in the private content area. Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Jason Lee,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for your continued trust in the XStore theme over the years.

We have noticed that you are currently using an outdated version of the theme, while the XStore Core plugin is up to date.

To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, we kindly ask you to review our changelog to identify which theme version corresponds to the plugin version you are using. You can find the changelog at the following link: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
